Dear Sir,
Please find hereunder the answer of the so-called service "Central Authority of International Co-operation in Criminal Matters" :
"1. Belgium does not extradite its nationals outside the EU / EAW environment.
2. In case nationality prohibits extradition the "aut dedere, aut judicare" principle applies. This means that Belgium is obliged to verify the possibility to prosecute the person sought in Belgium for the offenses committed in the US.
